Office of The District & Session Judge, Jalandhar has published a notification for recruitment to 49 posts of Clerk, Stenographer Grade III/ Stenotypist on adhoc basis, for a period of six months or till these posts are filled on regular basis by the High Court. Last date to submit application is 4th February 2017.

Scale of Pay
Clerk - Rs. 10,959/- per month in the Pay Scale of 10,300–34,800 plus Rs.3200 as Grade PayStenographer Grade III/ Stenotypist - Rs. 10,959/- per month in the Pay Scale of Rs.5910–20,200 plus Rs.2800 as Grade Pay
Age Limit : Between 18 to 37 years as on 1st February 2017.
Education Qualification : (i) Candidate must hold Bachelor in Arts/ Science or equivalent from a recognized University. (ii) Candidate should have passed Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the subject. (iii) Candidate should have proficiency in the Computer Application.
Selection Process : Based on marks obtained in Graduation shortlisted candidates will be called for computer proficiency test. For Stenographer Grade III/ Stenotypist post Candidate shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 w.p.m in English transcription
Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs. 210/- (Rupees two hundred ten) plus service charges.Application fee should be pay by using online payment through debit/credit card and through Bank Counter. No fee charges for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above
