NewDelhi, June 14 The new recruitment policy in the armed forces announced on Tuesday by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh makes a series of radical changes, including induction of more women and change in composition of certain British-era regiments which have soldiers only from specific castes. Addressing a press conference, Rajnath called the scheme transformative and dismissed suggestions that it was brought in to cut down the ballooning pension bill. He said, “We are ready to spend any money on the armed forces.” Recruitment of troops in the Army that had been suspended for two years will restart in 90 days. However, several veterans have questioned the scheme for it is being tried without having been experimented at a smaller scale. Termed the Agnipath scheme, it will entail induction of troops into the Army, IAF and Navy for four years as jawans, airmen and sailors, respectively. Some 46,000 youth in the age group of 17.5 years to 21 years will be recruited this year. “The Agniveers (name for those recruited under the scheme) will form a distinct rank in the armed forces, different from any other existing rank,” the Ministry of Defence said. Those leaving the service after four years would get job opportunities in several ministries, public sector undertakings, said Rajnath, adding that some states had also agreed to give them jobs. After four years of service, only 25% of Agniveers can opt for full tenure. Lt Gen Anil Puri, Additional Secretary of the Department of Military Affairs, said, “At present, the average age of troops is 32 years which will be brought down to 26 years. The selection process will be transparent and also open to women progressively.” Recruits will get a monthly salary starting at Rs 30,000 in the first year. It will go up to Rs 40,000 in the fourth year. Risk and hardship allowance will be separate and at a par with regular soldiers based on the place of posting. A contributory severance package called the ‘Seva Nidhi’ means each demobilised trooper would receive around Rs 11.76 lakh. All earnings would be exempt from income tax and there shall be no entitlement to gratuity and pensionary benefits. An insurance cover of Rs 1 crore will be provided in case of death in the line of duty. In other words, this means the British-era recruitment system based on specific caste regiments will go away. For now, a Sikh regiment, a Rajput regiment, a Maratha regiment or a Jat regiment draw troops from these communities, respectively. In the past, youth have been recruited from the same gene-pool and from within specific geographical locations. In the older regiments, the system has been working for more than 150 years. On being asked how he saw this, Army Chief General Manoj Pande said, “Around 75% of units are all India, all class, only a limited units have specific class composition. We expect these regiments to evolve from class-based to all-India, all class structure.” Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari said the youth leaving the service after four years would be job-ready. Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar said, “We need to change with time. Agniveers  will be posted on frontline warships and submarines.”

NewDelhi, June 14: Amid mounting joblessness and tardy recruitment drives, PM Narendra Modi today ordered government departments to employ 10 lakh persons over 18 months in mission mode. The PMO said Modi undertook a review of the status of human resources across departments and ministries and ordered for recruitment of 10 lakh persons in mission mode over the next 1.5 years. The drive aims to counter Opposition’s charges over record unemployment ahead of 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The development comes amid rising vacancies across government departments with 21.7 per cent of all sanctioned central government posts lying vacant (as of March 1, 2020), as per the latest official data available. In all, there are 40,04,491 sanctioned posts of Central Government regular civilian employees and only 31,32,698 of these are filled. Cumulative vacancies at the Central Government level come to 21.7%, which means one in every five sanctioned posts is vacant. The highest backlog of unfilled posts with over 37% vacancies or more is in key departments like revenue, agricultural research and education; agriculture and farmers’ welfare; civil aviation; defence (civil) and posts. Out of 54 posts in agricultural research, 32 are filled with 40.7% vacancies. Agricultural research and farmer welfare has 5,791 sanctioned posts of which 2,712 are vacant (37.5 per cent). In defence (civil), out of 6,33,139 sanctioned posts, 2,47,499 (39%) are vacant. Out of 15.07 lakh posts in the Railways, 2.37 lakh remain vacant. Key ministries of external affairs and personnel are also reeling under staff shortage. Out of 11,035 MEA posts, 2,204 (19.9%) are vacant. In the personnel department, 2,375 (21.3%) posts out of sanctioned 11,124 are vacant. Even the PMO (as of March 2020) had 26.2 per cent vacancies, with 117 out of 446 sanctioned posts unfilled. The situation in the President’s Secretariat was no better with 91 unfilled posts (23.9%) among 380 sanctioned. The Vice-President’s Secretariat was a little better with a 17.7 per cent vacancies (11 vacant posts out of 62). The Home Ministry has 11.8 per cent vacancies with 1,28,842 posts vacant out of sanctioned 10,84,430 posts. Data accessed by The Tribune also shows a consistently slow pace of recruitment over the past five years. Top recruiting agencies of the Central Government (UPSC, Staff Selection Commission and Railway Recruitment Boards) together recruited only 78,264 persons in 2020-21; 1.48 lakh in 2019-2020, 38,827 in 2018-19; 77,192 in 2017-18; and 1.02 lakh in 2016-17. The PM’s direction seeks to intensify recruitments as departmental efficiency is suffering due to staff crunch.

राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड ने लाइब्रेरियन के 460 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है। इनमें नॉन टीएसपी (सामान्य) के लिए 394 और टीएसपी के लिए 66 पद शामिल हैं। जिसके लिए ऑनलाइन आज से आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। जो 24 जून तक चलेगी। माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के लिए होने वाली इस भर्ती की परीक्षा सितंबर में आयोजित कराई जा सकती है। इसमें 18 से 40 साल तक की उम्र के उम्मीदवार राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

सैलरी

भर्ती परीक्षा में सिलेक्शन होने पर उम्मीदवार को हर महीने पे मैट्रिक्स-10 के अनुसार 44 हजार रुपए से लेकर 69 हजार 200 रुपए तक सैलरी दी जाएगी।

शैक्षिक योग्यता

• लाइब्रेरियन भर्ती के लिए आवेदन 24 जून तक किया जा सकता है। वहीं भर्ती की परीक्षा इसी साल सितम्बर में आयोजित की जाएगी।

 रेलवे ने नॉर्थ फ्रंटियर रेलवे (NFR), रेलवे भर्ती सेल (RRC) ने कटिहार (KIR) और टीडीएच वर्कशॉप, अलीपुरद्वार (APDJ), रंगिया (RNY) वर्कशॉप और यूनिट्स में अप्रैंटिस के कुल 9 हजार 248 पदों पर बंपर भर्ती निकली है। जिसके लिए 24 साल तक की उम्र के 10वीं पास उम्मीदवार रेलवे की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट https://www.rrc-wr.com और nfr.indianrailways.gov.in पर जाकर 30 जून तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। रेलवे द्वारा निकली गई बम्पर भर्ती में उम्मीदवारों का सिलेक्शन बिना परीक्षा के सीधे 10वीं के नंबर के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

योग्यता

• न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यता के तहत छात्रों ने कक्षा 10वीं या 12वीं की परीक्षा न्यूनतम 50 फीसदी अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण की हो।
• उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से संबंधित ट्रेड में आईटीआई कोर्स पास होना चाहिए।
• आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम आवश्यक आयु 15 वर्ष है और ऊपरी आयु सीमा 24 वर्ष है। आयु की गणना का आधार 1 मई, 2022 रखा गया है।
• रिजर्व कैटेगरी में अधिकतम उम्र सीमा में ओबीसी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी को 3 वर्ष और एससी व एसटी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी को 5 वर्ष की छूट दी गई है।
• मैट्रिक और आईटीआई दोनों पाठ्यक्रमों में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त प्रतिशत अंकों का औसत लेकर मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाएगी।

एप्लिकेशन फीस
भारतीय रेलवे एनएफआर अपरेंटिस पदों के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए आवेदन शुल्क 100 रुपए है। उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन भुगतान जैसे डेबिट कार्ड, यूपीआई, आदि के माध्यम से भुगतान कर सकते हैं। महिलाओं को इन पदों पर अप्लाई करने के लिए कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं देना होगा। इसके अलावा एसटी/एससी उम्मीदवारों को भी एप्लिकेशन फीस में छूट दी गई है।

सिलेक्शन प्रोसेस
योग्य कैंडिडेट का सिलेक्शन 10वीं की परीक्षा व निर्धारित ट्रेड में हासिल किए अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्रत्येक वर्कशॉप और यूनिट में मेरिट लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी।

राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड ने JEN (कनिष्ठ अभियंता) के 189 पदों पर भर्ती

राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड ने JEN (कनिष्ठ अभियंता) के 189 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है। इनमें नॉन टीएसपी (सामान्य) के लिए 144 और टीएसपी के लिए 45 पद शामिल हैं। जिसके लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 7 जून से शुरू हो गई और 6 जुलाई तक चलेगी। कृषि विभाग में होने वाली इस भर्ती की परीक्षा 10 सितंबर में आयोजित कराई जाएगी, जिसमें पास होने वाले कैंडिडेट्स का इंटरव्यू के आधार पर सिलेक्शन किया जाएगा।

योग्यता
189 पदों पर निकली भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए कैंडिडेट्स के पास इंजीनियरिंग में ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री होने के साथ ही उन्हें हिंदी टाइपिंग आना जरूरी है। इसके साथ ही उन्हें राजस्थान की भौगोलिक जानकारी भी होनी चाहिए।

आयु सीमा
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए कैंडिडेट्स की उम्र 18 से 40 साल होनी जरूरी है। वहीं आरक्षित श्रेणी को 40 साल से ज्यादा का होने पर भी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने की छूट दी जाएगी।

आयु सीमा में छूट के नियम

• राजस्थान राज्य के अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के पुरुष - 5 साल
• सामान्य वर्ग की महिला एवं राजस्थान राज्य की आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की महिला- 5 साल
• राजस्थान राज्य की अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग की महिला- 10 साल

आवेदन शुल्क
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए जनरल कैटेगरी, ओबीसी और ईबीसी के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क 450 रुपए है। जबकि एससी/एसटी श्रेणी के लिए कैंडिडेट्स को सिर्फ 250 रुपए परीक्षा शुल्क देना होगा।

सैलरी

भर्ती परीक्षा में सिलेक्शन होने पर कैंडिडेट्स को हर महीने पे मैट्रिक्स-10 के अनुसार 44 हजार रुपए से लेकर 69 हजार 200 रुपए तक सैलरी दी जाएगी।

BSF ने ग्रुप B और C में 281 पदों पर वैकेंसी निकली है। एसआई (मास्टर), एसआई (इंजन चालक), एसआई (कार्यशाला), एचसी (मास्टर), एचसी (इंजन) के 281 पदों पर भर्ती की जाएगी। इसके लिए 10वीं पास कैंडिडेट 15 जून तक BSF की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट rectt.bsf.gov.in पर जाकर अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। कैंडिडेट का सिलेक्शन रिटन, फिजिकल और मेडिकल टेस्ट के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

सैलरी
भर्ती परीक्षा में चयनित होने वाले कैंडिडेट को हर महीने 35 हजार से 1 लाख 24 हजार रुपए तक सैलरी दी जाएगी।

फीस
भर्ती परीक्षा में ग्रुप B पोस्ट के लिए शामिल होने के लिए जनरल, ओबीसी, ईडब्ल्यूएस कैंडिडेट्स को 200 रुपए फीस देनी होगी। वहीं ग्रुप C पोस्ट के लिए जनरल, ओबीसी, ईडब्ल्यूएस कैंडिडेट्स को 100 फीस जमा करनी पड़ेगी। जबकि महिला, एससी, एसटी, ईएसएम, बीएसएफ कर्मचारी फ्री में परीक्षा में शामिल हो सकेंगे।

797 वैकेंसी, 10वीं, 12वीं के लिए आज आखिरी मौका:सरकारी जॉब पाने के लिए SSC की वेबसाइट पर रात 11 बजे तक ही कर सकेंगे अप्लाई

सरकारी क्षेत्र में नौकरी पाने के इच्छुक युवाओं के लिए सुनहरा अवसर आया है। स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन (SSC) ने केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख में विभिन्न विभागों में नॉन-गजेटेड पोस्ट के लिए वैकेंसी निकाली है। इसके जरिए 797 पोस्ट पर भर्तियां की जा रही हैं।

बता दें कि इन पदों के लिए आवेदन की शुरुआत 23 मई को हुई थी जिसकी आखिरी तारीख आज यानी 13 जून रात 11 बजे है। इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार वैकेंसी के लिए आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.ssc.nic.in पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

इसकी परीक्षा अगस्त में होने की संभावना है। उम्मीदवार 29 जून तक अपने आवेदन में बदलाव कर सकते हैं।

योग्यता और आयु सीमा

विभिन्न पोस्ट्स के लिए 10वीं, 12वीं पास से लेकर ग्रेजुएशन कर चुके उम्मीदवार आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं। इन पदों के लिए निर्धारित आयु सीमा की बात करें तो यह 18 से 42 वर्ष है। हालांकि इसमें आरक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को छूट शामिल है।

एप्लिकेशन फीस

इसके लिए आवेदन शुल्क ₹100 है। वहीं महिला उम्मीदवारों, अनुसूचित जाति (SC), अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST), विकलांग व्यक्तियों (PwD), और पूर्व सैनिकों (ESM) को आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करने से छूट दी गई है।
